Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and olives to a large bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve the salad right away or let it chill for a short time to blend the flavors.
