- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 medium flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, toss to coat, and stir in chopped parsley.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Spoon cheesy garlic chicken into each tortilla, fold, and serve warm.
Notes
Use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken for a faster version. Avoid burning the garlic for best flavor. Store filling separately for up to 3 days.
