  • 1 cup cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken (or black beans for vegetarian)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • Sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for topping

Instructions
