- 4 strips of bacon

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli and stir well to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the broccoli topped with crispy bacon pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Customize this recipe by using other vegetables like green beans or bell peppers. For a lighter option, swap bacon for tofu or grilled chicken. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
