Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and stir well to combine.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the broccoli topped with crispy bacon pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Customize this recipe by using other vegetables like green beans or bell peppers. For a lighter option, swap bacon for tofu or grilled chicken. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
