Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the tomatoes.
- Crack the eggs over the feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle spinach around the eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
