- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ranch dressing with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the ranch mixture.
- Coat each breast with breadcrumbs.
- Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat ranch dressing and whole wheat breadcrumbs. Resting the chicken after baking ensures juiciness.
