Deliciously sweet overnight oats that mimic the flavors of banana cream pie, perfect for a quick breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup milk (optional for desired consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk if using, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the oat mix into each jar or container.
  3. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the oat mix.
  4. Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top of the bananas.
  5. Drizzle a little honey over the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat layers until jars are full, ending with bananas and crackers on top.
  7. Cover the jars and refrigerate them overnight.
  8. Serve cold in the morning and enjoy.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Adjust milk for consistency and add extra honey for sweetness if desired.
