Description

A quick and bold-flavored fried rice dish that combines cooked rice, chicken, and fresh vegetables, all tossed in a spicy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons Bang Bang sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  3. Push the veggies to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs on the other side.
  4. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and cooked rice to the pan and mix.
  6. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use day-old rice for better texture. Adjust the Bang Bang sauce to taste, especially if you’re looking for milder flavors.
