Description
A fast, warm meal featuring creamy bang bang sauce, browned turkey, and crisp veggies served on jasmine rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice so it is warm when you serve.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Add ground turkey and break it up as it cooks.
- Cook turkey until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet.
- Cook vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce.
- Place warm rice into bowls.
- Top rice with the turkey and veggie mix.
- Drizzle the rest of the sauce over each bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve right away and enjoy.
Notes
Taste the turkey before adding the sauce and adjust to your spice level. Cool leftovers to room temperature and store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to three days.
