Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 1 lb ground beef (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup pickles (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheddar in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mix.

Notes

For a healthier twist, swap half the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt and add whole grain pasta or diced bell peppers.
