A delicious pasta salad that combines the flavors of a Big Mac with the ease of a classic salad, perfect for weeknights and potlucks.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (cooked and drained)
- 1 lb ground beef (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup pickles (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheddar in a large bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mix.
- Toss gently until everything is coated.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a healthier twist, swap half the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt and add whole grain pasta or diced bell peppers.
