Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened (or plant-based cream cheese for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, cream cheese, yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until you get a thick, even mix.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  3. Scoop small spoonfuls and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve cold or pack for a snack.
