Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened (or plant-based cream cheese for dairy-free)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, cream cheese, yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until you get a thick, even mix.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Scoop small spoonfuls and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold or pack for a snack.
