Scale
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or plain)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, protein powder, and salt until well mixed.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is really softened for easier mixing. If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more oats. Ensure to refrigerate long enough for them to hold their shape.
