Description

These Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are a perfect snack that blends the creamy taste of cheesecake with the freshness of blueberries for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, protein powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is really softened for easier mixing. If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more oats. Ensure to refrigerate long enough for them to hold their shape.
