Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
- Spread the pitted cherries and blueberries evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the fruits in the dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute almond milk and use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar. For gluten-free, use almond flour.
