Description

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Tomato sauce
  • Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Onions (sliced)
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  4. Scatter cheese over the sauce, followed by your preferred toppings such as cooked bacon, sausage, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
  5. Create small wells in the toppings and crack an egg into each well.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the egg white is set.
  8. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your breakfast pizza!

Notes

You can prepare the dough and toppings the day before. Add the eggs right before baking for best texture.
