Description

A fresh and bright bruschetta dip that’s perfect for sharing at gatherings, combining soft cheese, tomatoes, and basil.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Place the soft cheese in the center of a large plate.
  2. Spread the cheese evenly, leaving about a 1/4 inch border clean.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  4. Spread the chopped basil over the tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the plate.
  6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or slices of baguette.
  7. Let people scoop and enjoy right away.

Notes

For a lighter version, add cucumber slices or use whole grain baguette. Can be made ahead by prepping ingredients separately.
