Description
A fresh and bright bruschetta dip that’s perfect for sharing at gatherings, combining soft cheese, tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients

- 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions
- Place the soft cheese in the center of a large plate.
- Spread the cheese evenly, leaving about a 1/4 inch border clean.
- Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Spread the chopped basil over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the plate.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or slices of baguette.
- Let people scoop and enjoy right away.
Notes
For a lighter version, add cucumber slices or use whole grain baguette. Can be made ahead by prepping ingredients separately.
