- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 8 small tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese until well combined.
- To assemble, place a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Avoid overfilling the tortillas to prevent bursting.
