Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water and the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Cover the pot and remove it from heat.
  4. Let the eggs sit in the covered pot for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare an ice water bath while the eggs sit.
  6. Transfer the eggs to the ice water bath to cool.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  8. Add the minced garlic and cook until it is fragrant.
  9. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter sauce.
  10. Peel the cooled eggs carefully.
  11. Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the peeled eggs.
  12. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
