Description

Quick and easy cheesy pepperoni pizza bites that are perfect for snacks or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can and unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface.
  3. Sprinkle a little flour to stop sticking.
  4. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.
  5. Place a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella in each square center.
  6. Add a slice or two of pepperoni on the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan over each.
  8. Dust each with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  9. Fold the corners into the center to form a ball.
  10. Roll each ball gently to seal it tight.
  11. Place the balls on a baking sheet with space between.
  12. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  13. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  14. Pour marinara into a small bowl for dipping.
  15. Let the pizza bombs cool a bit before serving.

Notes

Seal the dough well to prevent cheese leakage. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
