  • White chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the cookies.
