- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Distribute the diced chicken over the sauce and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the flatbread in the oven or air fryer. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
Notes
Substitute the flatbread for whole grain or cauliflower crust for a healthier option. You can also swap the Alfredo sauce for a tomato-based sauce. Adding spinach or other vegetables can increase nutrients.
