Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Distribute the diced chicken over the sauce and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the flatbread in the oven or air fryer. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.

Notes

Substitute the flatbread for whole grain or cauliflower crust for a healthier option. You can also swap the Alfredo sauce for a tomato-based sauce. Adding spinach or other vegetables can increase nutrients.
