- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, broccoli, rice, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different cheeses or vegetables. For a creamier casserole, add cream cheese.
