Quick and tasty Chicken Philly Cheese Steaks, loaded with melted provolone cheese and fresh veggies.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Layer the cooked chicken and veggies into hoagie rolls.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Broil in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use whole wheat hoagie rolls or low fat provolone to cut calories. Add more veggies like mushrooms or spinach for fiber.
