- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a food processor.
- Add cubed butter and pulse until crumbly.
- Incorporate ice water one tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Chill the crust for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Blind bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and heavy cream in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar, Parmesan, and green onions.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is set.
- Let the quiche cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Chill the crust well to prevent shrinking. Blind baking is key to a crisp bottom. Let the quiche rest before slicing for neat pieces.
