Description

Ingredients

  • ramen noodles
  • chicken breast, sliced
  • bell peppers, sliced
  • broccoli florets
  • garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli to the skillet; stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce; toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes
