Ingredients
- ramen noodles
- chicken breast, sliced
- bell peppers, sliced
- broccoli florets
- garlic, minced
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli to the skillet; stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce; toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before serving. You can customize with different proteins and vegetables as you prefer.
