- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heart-shaped candy mold
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into each heart mold.
- Add a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top, then cover with more melted chocolate.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Carefully remove from the mold and enjoy!
Notes
For variations, try different nut butters, add sea salt, or use dark chocolate. For easy removal, use a silicone mold.
