Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, black olives, pepperoncini, and feta in a large bowl.
- Whisk the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss the salad well until the dressing coats all the pieces.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper if you need to.

Notes
