- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Rice Krispies and shredded coconut.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish using a spatula or wax paper.
- Let it cool, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
You can add nuts or seeds for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
