Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round loaf or individual rounds.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
