- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cottage cheese and your seasonings in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the cottage cheese thin and even on the paper.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top if you want it.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool fully on the sheet.
- Break into chips and serve.
