Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese and your seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese thin and even on the paper.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan on top if you want it.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool fully on the sheet.
  8. Break into chips and serve.
