Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Cooking spray or oil for the pan
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour a small amount of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Flip it and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
Notes
Use for sandwiches, breakfast burritos, or as a pizza crust. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for up to a month.
