Description

Simple, healthy, and versatile wraps made with cottage cheese and almond flour, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter onto the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  5. Flip it and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes

Use for sandwiches, breakfast burritos, or as a pizza crust. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze for up to a month.
