- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest until combined.
- Spoon mixture into serving dishes and chill at least 2 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water over medium heat.
- Cook the blueberry mix until it thickens, then remove from heat and cool.
- Spoon cooled blueberry topping over chilled lemon dessert.
