- 15–20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Mix with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add protein powder gradually and stir well.
- Adjust with milk until the dough forms.
- Add vanilla, salt, and any mix-ins.
- Roll the dough into balls.
- Chill the balls for one hour.
- Optional: coat in Oreo crumbs or coconut before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a small mixer to blend the cream cheese if it’s cold. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
