Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente and drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper and stir until the sauce is creamy.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta until it is well coated.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes
