- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan until smooth.
- Add the chopped lobster and warm it through.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Toss the pasta into the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
- Plate the pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a lighter twist, substitute half the heavy cream with low-fat milk and Greek yogurt. Pair with whole wheat pasta for added fiber.
