Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup queso sauce
  • 1 cup melted cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fill a tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll it up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish seam side down.
  5. Pour the queso sauce over the top and sprinkle with melted cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low fat cream cheese and whole wheat tortillas. You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
