Quick and crunchy snacks made from fresh banana peppers, perfect for game nights or after work relaxation.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsps sea salt
- 1 lb fresh banana peppers or sweet peppers, sliced and seeds removed
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Slice the peppers and remove seeds.
- Dredge the pepper slices in the flour mix.
- Shake off extra flour.
- Spray the pepper coins lightly with olive oil spray.
- Place coins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
- Flip halfway through for even browning.
- Remove and let cool for a minute.
Notes
For a nuttier taste, swap part of the flour for whole wheat flour. Use smoked paprika for added flavor.
