- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- Olive oil spray
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly spray cod fillets with olive oil on all sides.
- Press each fillet into breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray tops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
