- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 head Lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 slices Crusty bread
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toast the crusty bread.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering lettuce, crispy chicken, and Caesar dressing on the toasted bread.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole grain bread or yogurt-based dressing. Store leftovers separately to maintain crunch.
