Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices Crusty bread
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in egg and then breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Toast the crusty bread.
  8. Assemble the sandwich by layering lettuce, crispy chicken, and Caesar dressing on the toasted bread.
