Refreshing and easy-to-make cucumber sandwiches, perfect for a light lunch or snack, gatherings, and tea parties.
Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 4 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on two of the slices.
- Top with the other two slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or desired shapes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, swap cream cheese with Greek yogurt or hummus. You can also add avocado slices or shredded carrots for extra nutrition.
