- 14 oz crushed Oreo cookies
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 0.25 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8 oz thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup pastel candy coated chocolates
- 0.5 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Crush all Oreos and save 1/2 cup of crumbs for the top.
- Press the rest of the crumbs into a 9 by 13 inch dish to make the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in half the whipped topping until the mix is light.
- Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
- Let the pudding rest for five minutes so it sets a bit.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mix until even.
- Spread the filling over the Oreo crust in the dish.
- Sprinkle the saved crumbs, mini Oreos, and pastel candies on top.
- Cover the dish and chill for at least two hours to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can substitute chocolate pudding for vanilla. Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to three days.
