Description

A colorful and playful dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for any Easter celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz crushed Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup pastel candy coated chocolates
  • 0.5 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush all Oreos and save 1/2 cup of crumbs for the top.
  2. Press the rest of the crumbs into a 9 by 13 inch dish to make the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in half the whipped topping until the mix is light.
  5. Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens.
  6. Let the pudding rest for five minutes so it sets a bit.
  7. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mix until even.
  8. Spread the filling over the Oreo crust in the dish.
  9. Sprinkle the saved crumbs, mini Oreos, and pastel candies on top.
  10. Cover the dish and chill for at least two hours to set.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can substitute chocolate pudding for vanilla. Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to three days.
