Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk.
- Whisk the eggs and milk until they look even.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Pour the egg mix into the pan and let the edges set.
- Add your chosen fillings on one half of the omelette.
- Fold the empty half over the fillings.

Notes
Keep the heat on medium to avoid burning the eggs. For a softer interior, remove from heat early and allow residual heat to finish cooking.
