Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk until they look even.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  4. Pour the egg mix into the pan and let the edges set.
  5. Add your chosen fillings on one half of the omelette.
  6. Fold the empty half over the fillings.
  7. Cook a little more until the eggs are fully set.
