- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
- Pour the chicken broth into the same skillet and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until tender.
- When the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining butter until everything is well coated.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the noodles.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole grain egg noodles or zucchini noodles. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or green salad.
