- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup olives, sliced

Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of hummus over each tortilla.
- Layer spinach leaves, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and olives on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
