Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of hummus over each tortilla.
  2. Layer spinach leaves, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and olives on top of the hummus.
  3. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
