Delicious and quick finger food that combines the classic flavors of a French dip sandwich in a tortilla roll.
Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (for au jus)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Lay each tortilla flat and place roast beef and cheese down the center.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and set seam-side down on the sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- While they bake, combine beef broth, Worcestershire, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
- Simmer the au jus for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove roll ups from the oven, slice, and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
For variations, instead of roast beef, you can use turkey or ham. Serve with pickles or roasted peppers on the side.
