Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
  5. Freeze 120–180 minutes until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a vegan version, use thick plant yogurt and your favorite nut butter. Adjust sweetness by using less syrup or a sugar substitute.
