Description

Delicious and quick steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter Parmesan sauce, perfect for a family-friendly dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high and add olive oil.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak bites until golden on all sides.
  4. Remove the steak and set it aside.
  5. Melt the butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  8. Add the Parmesan and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  9. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap half the butter for olive oil and use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Serve over steamed broccoli for a veggie boost.
