Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium-high and add olive oil.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak bites until golden on all sides.
- Remove the steak and set it aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add the Parmesan and stir until the sauce is smooth.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap half the butter for olive oil and use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Serve over steamed broccoli for a veggie boost.
