Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough packaging instructions.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Take the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake according to biscuit dough instructions until golden brown.
