Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough packaging instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Take the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
