  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup ketchup or tomato sauce (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
