Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2–4 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together gluten free flour, shredded cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Place the squares on a baking sheet and poke a hole in the center of each cracker.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Use different cheeses for varied flavors. Keep the dough cold for crispiest crackers.
