Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 24 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together gluten free flour, shredded cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Place the squares on a baking sheet and poke a hole in the center of each cracker.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Use different cheeses for varied flavors. Keep the dough cold for crispiest crackers.
