- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface and divide it into four equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a bagel by forming a ring.
- Place bagels on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush each bagel with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Dough should be sticky but manageable; add more flour if too wet. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
